INTRODUCTORY FUSION $275 + GST = $288.75 Fee covers 9 hours of  instruction, glass, fittings and other materials, use of kilns, grinder & hand cutting tools.	____ Three Thursday afternoons beginning              August 20, 2009    1-4 pm     ____ Three Tuesday evenings beginning September 8, 2009               from 7-10 pm   ____ Saturday, July 25th, 9am-3:30pm and             Sunday, July 26, 2009 from 9am-1 pm
PAINTING WITH POWDER $110 + GST = $115.50 Fee covers 3 hours of instruction, all materials and tools, and use of kilns.	____ Thursday, August 6, 2009 from 7-10pm            plus ½ hour on Friday, Aug 7, 2009             _____Saturday, August 22, 2009 from 1-4 pm            plus ½ hour on Sunday, August 23, 2009
BEYOND BASICS $400 + GST = $420 Fee covers 12 hours of instruction, glass and other materials, use of kiln & grinder. Students for this intermediate class need to have their own hand glass cutting tools.  Call if you need to purchase a set.	___   Four Monday evenings beginning            November 2, 2009.  7-10 pm  ____ Two weekends:  October 17-18 & 24-25, 2009.             Sat. 9am-noon & Sun. noon-3pm

Payment in full is due with registration. Refunds (minus an administration fee of $20) are available up to one month prior to the beginning of the course.  If the classes are cancelled because of insufficient registration or for any other reason, full refunds will be given.

SAFETY WAIVER
Your safety is our first priority. Working with glass has some inherent risks – cuts, splinters, burns, exposure to silica dust and other toxic materials. Students agree to listen to and abide by all safety precautions given by course instructors. Students must wear close-toed shoes at all times and use safety-glass eye protection with cutting, grinding or working with heated glass. Safety glass and masks are available, but you may be more comfortable bringing your own.  These courses are for ADULTS ONLY.
